Tica Comida

Here are a few representations of typical Costa Rican foods. The top left is all vegetarian, rice, red beans, zucchini, guacamole, chips. You put it on the plate in separate places then mix it all together and call it "casado", a marriage of food. The second plate is all seafood and vegies. Included a fish I couldn´t identify plus langostino, shrimp, squid, mussels, and some other interesting fish tidbits plus pasta salad, mashed potatoes and vegies. The third meal is your basic chicken, rice and fries. Our drinks were all natural fruits, mine was tamarindo and they were very cheap. A buck each. That is our driver Werner, and Elieth and me. We ate at the Restaurante La Finca, which means the Farm Ranch. Mimi
